Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of galaxsen.com (the “Site”), operated by Galaxy Search Network LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Galaxy Search Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), under the brand Galaxsen. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Not legal advice; not a law firm
Galaxsen is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation of any kind. Use of this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
2. Not a lawyer referral service
Galaxsen does not refer consumers to attorneys. The Galaxsen network operates state-specific directories that surface attorney profiles based on objective criteria such as jurisdiction, practice area, and credential verification. The decision whether to contact, retain, or work with any professional listed on a network property is solely the consumer’s, and any resulting professional relationship is solely between the consumer and the professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of any third party;
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract content from the Site at scale without our written permission;
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, the Galaxsen wordmark and Saturn-style sun mark, and the underlying software — are the property of Galaxy Search Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
6. Third-party links and properties
The Site links to network properties (such as arizonaattorneysearch.com) and to third-party sites. Network properties are operated under their own terms of use and privacy policies; third-party sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galaxy Search Network LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galaxy Search Network LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
10. Change of control / assignment
We may assign these Terms and any rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other change of control. The surviving or acquiring entity will assume our rights and obligations under these Terms unless and until they are updated in accordance with Section 12. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version is published at a versioned URL (for example, /terms/v1.html, /terms/v2.html) so prior versions remain accessible. The version applicable to your visit is the version in effect on the date of your visit.
